When choosing a Real Estate Agent, ask yourself this simple question. "Would you rather be represented by an agent that is trying to keep track of 25-30 or even more clients, transactions, properties and records, or by an agent concentrating their time and energies on 5-10 individuals and transactions?" After all, both types of agents only have 24 hours in a day !! Which agent do you believe would provide you with the best possible service? Simply being involved in too many Real Estate transactions creates the opportunity to make more mistakes, you can't possibly provide adequate time and attention to the individual client and protect their best interests. A Multi-million dollar salesman just means that they have sold alot of properties, not that they have provided the best service !!
