I compare three houses of compariable square footage in 130 different areas each week and compile information to help me neogitiate the price and options that are to be included in the purchase of a new home for my clients.

I am familiar with most every major builder in Davis County and have most of their floor plans on hand. I can provide you with statistical information on local schools and cities. I try to attend city planning meetings to be aware of new up and coming subdivisions so that my clients might have some of the first choices of newly subdivided lots I try to stay in touch with all promotions that the builders are offering. I also work with a few great custom builders. I have strived to remain an independant and unbiased agent which helps me to provide top quality advice and negotiating for my clients. I do not sell your existing home but can give you advice and help you through that process as well by suggesting agents who are reputable and who specializes in that area of real estate.
