I'm originally from Hempstead,N.Y.After graduating in '84 I studied Fashion Design at Fashion Institute of Technology. I freelanced for several years. Things were not going well in the design business,so in '93, I heard alot of things about South Beach,Florida . So in August of '95, I packed up my things and came on down.At first,I struggled with odd jobs.Then I got a job a the News Cafe on 8th.Things got better quickly,I was meeting all the right people.In Dec of'99,I was encouraged to try my hand at Real Estate,so in '01, after one attempt I got my license .
