My specialty is residential real estate including single family homes, comdominiums and rentals. As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and an Accredited Buyer Representative, I have aggressively pursued advanced real estate degreed in order to better serve my clients. My main market areas in Connecticut are Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, and the Greater Danbry area including Bethel, New Fairfield, Brookfield and Newtown.

The purchase or sale of a home can be a very stressful event in one's life. I have found that my clients have looked for three main things in a real estate agent: knowledge, service and communication. I excel in all. Knowledge is critical because of all the factors involved in a purchase or sale (mortgage, building inspection, water tests, septic inspection, etc.). That is why I continue to strive toward advanced real estate degrees. Service to the customer is critical as this is a people business and communication on all aspects of the transaction from the time we meet until the closing is critical .
