I have been involved in Real Estate most of my life. My first experience in Real Estate was the purchase of a Co-Op in New York where I served on the Board of Directors for that Association for three years. As part of my responsibilities as a Facilities Manager, I worked with a professional Real Estate Broker who taught me the importance of understanding the needs of the buyer and necessity to match those with the requirements of the seller to create a win-win for both. My experience extends to investment/vacation properties where I have personally bought and sold (at a profit) several properties.
