I'm a big believer in pre-qualifying my clients so we know how much house they can afford, so that we aren't wasting their time. I work with some very good loan officers who know how to close a deal in a timely manner. We have a Title Company that's second to none. When I list a house, I do my homework before I make the appointment, so that I am armed with all the information I need to assist the home seller in pricing their home for a quick sale at the best price. Again, I pride myself in follow-up so the seller gets feedback on showings and/or inquiries by phone.
