In addition to my real estate training and licensing here in Texas, I have a bachelor of Science in business Administration (BSBA) graduated May, 1988 from the University of Arizona in Tucson. I have major studies in real estate, finance, and regional development. I did one year of law school at California Southwest School of Law in San Diego, California. Each quarter year I write an article entitled "Real Estate As An Investment" and include my in- sights and statistics on the real estate market in the Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, & North Austin area. I regularly mail this infoletter to those areas that I am particularly interested in and I also mail to those people who request it.

I am particularly interest in Parkcrest Subdivision in Pflugerville, South Creek Subdivision in Round Rock, West Round Rock near the Round Rock High School, Forest Creek Subdivision, and Oak Bluff near Highway 79 I have vacant lot listing in Morningside Estates Subdivision, and Forest Creek Estates. In North Austin I am most interested in Anderson Mill Subdivision.
