I find that by listening to my clients, they feel confident listening to me. I’ve discovered that for most buyers and sellers the whole process is an education, so I’m ready to teach when needed…but there are things I must learn as well, such as how to tailor make the experience for each client. Finally, I realize that loyalty is required to maximize any relationship, and real estate is no different. I’m loyal to those I get to work with and show it by treating them like friends and family.
