Since entering real estate in 1978, Katherine has honed a personal style and built an enviable knowledge base about the greater Princeton area as well as Mercer, Somerset, and lower Middlesex counties: their neighborhoods, their builders, and their houses. In addition to her work as an agent, she has served as the Reigional Coordinator for Weichert's Historic Homes Division. Her interest and training in this specialized area, working with houses that are at least 70 years old, has enabled her to compile a vast store of knowledge about architecture, design, building techniques, and more. Her expertise with these classic properties informs her work as an agent, affording her clients a level of knowledge that illuminates the unique details of even the most contemporary houses.

As knowledgable as Katherine is about houses themselves, she also knows that every buying and selling process presents a unique set of demands.
