I discovered Emerald Isle in 1991 while vacationing at the Crystal Coast. The first week I was here I bought a vacation home and moved down 2 years later. I sold real estate in Maryland for 20 years before re-locating to Emerald Isle and have been selling beach houses for the past 6 years. I love what I do!
