Greetings from Eastern Oregon and Western Idaho. I'm Kathy Judy from Remax Tri-Cities in Fruitland Idaho. Fruitland is one of the towns in the Treasure Valley area - we're an hour west of Boise, Idaho. Fruitland and Payette Idaho and Ontario Oregon are the three cities referred to in our Remax agency name - Remax Tri-Cities. I'm a high producing, hard-working associate broker/co- owner. I'm licensed in both Oregon and Idaho and split my business about 50/50. Although I sell all kinds of real estate - the bulk of my business is in medium to low range housing and commercial. What makes me different is that I emphasize cooperation - I'm here to find you a house or sell yours, whether it's my office or another makes no difference, I'm working for you. Several years ago I added Daniela Zambrano to my team. She and I work together on all aspects of the business - so one of us is always readily available to answer questions or show you property. My cousin Sandy Austin handles a bzillion things mostly dealing with marketing the properties we have listed.

More about me: I have been in service businesses all my working life. We have started, bought, and sold businesses. I truly enjoy real estate and regret that I didn't do this at age 21. I was born in Vale Oregon and have lived in this area most of my life. Daniela and I both speak Spanish, this is an important part of our business. I learned mine in High School, she learned hers at home. (Her mother and several cousins are high level interpreters at the hospital). Carl and I have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren (definately open for more)! We especially enjoy bass and crappie fishing in the local reservoirs, just one of the many recreational opportunities here in the Intermountain West.
