This is Beth Kobeszko's Story... Although she has lived in Slidell for years, Beth grew up far away in Goleniow, Poland. She was born an undisclosed number of years ago as one of four children. Despite the distance, Beth is still close to her family, especially her niece Asia and her only sister Ewa. Beth majored in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Szczecin. She also used her time in college to develop her love of hiking and to meet her future husband, Andrew. Beth and Andrew had a daughter, Kasia, who was such a sweet baby that they decided to have another one, Ula. During this time, Beth worked as an electrical designer. In 1988 Beth and her family moved to Louisiana, and the next summer they settled in Slidell. When she learned English well, Beth began her real estate career, which grew quickly into an eight-day-a-week job. Because she loves her daughters so much, Beth spends most of her free time driving Ula to swimming practice and talking on the phone with Kasia, who has moved away to college.
