My nickname in the area is "The Land Man" because I specialize in selling land to deveopers, people wanting to buy lake front properties for building homes,commercial land and commercial businesses. The Lake of the Ozarks is fast becoming a destination for second home-owners, retirees and with the advances in technology, a destination for those who want to work where they play.

I was first licensed in the real estate industry in 1971. I am President of the Missouri Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. I also do some teaching for the real estate industry in continuing education courses. I have a BS in Business Management and have been actively involved in several civic and political organizations. I also do real estate consulting in three primary areas: 1) Land Use Plans and subdividing 2) Site Selection and 3) 1031 Tax Exchanges.
