Small office...BIG Service! After several years at another company in Payson, AZ we have started our own company, Prest Realty. Payson is a nice little town about 80 miles north of the Phoenix metro area. It is also 5,000 ft. elevation so it has 4 beautiful seasons. We manage between 70 and 80 rentals in town with prices ranging from $475 to $1250. The average is $700-$900. In addition to managing rentals we also handle sales and listings. We can show you any property for sale through any real estate company.

I (Les) have a background in plumbing and construction, and Leslie taught public school Science for many years.
