JIM OSBORN and his wife, Lou Ann, moved to Oregon in 1972 and built their home in Riddle, where they now have lived for the past 38 years. They have raised three children, Shelly, Bradley and Lacey, which are all grown, married and settled into their own lives of raising Jim and Lou Ann's five grandchildren. Jim is very familiar with Douglas County due to a very successful career background, exclusively within Douglas County as a heavy duty mechanic and servicing several logging companies as shop foreman. Kari was born and raised in South Douglas County, leaving the area after high school to serve in the United States Navy. Upon returning to Myrtle Creek in 2006, Kari earned her Associates degree from Umpqua Community College while working as a Legal Assistant in Roseburg. Kari is married to her best friend Dan and together are raising their 3 children here in Myrtle Creek. Kari knows the South County area inside and out and is fascinated with real estate in this beautiful county.
