Having purchased homes, on my own, as well as investment properties including waterfront property, I understand the apprehension, anxiety and doubt of the buying and selling process as well as the excitement and benefits of homeownership. Having relocated to and from the Western part of the United States, I can empathize with those who have the added burden of choosing a community suitable to their family needs.
