The New River Valley has been my home for over 40 years. I love the beautiful mountains and green valley. My husband and I live on a small 11 acre farm with a horse, calf and 3 cats. Our daughter is the softball "player of the year" for her high school team. My husband, George Anderson is a real estate appraiser for a firm in Blacksburg, Virginia. Blacksburg is the home of Virginia Tech, 1996 Orange Bowl champs. Jim Drunkenmiller, now with the San Francisco 49ers, was the quarter back for that bowl game and lead the team to a great win.
