Having lived in several areas of Los Angeles I have developed a keen sense of market values, whatever the economical climate happens to be. I specialize in what is called the "Balcony of Los Angeles", the communities bordering the Foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. Mostly, and still somewhat considered "bedroom communities" for their small population, yet minutes to downtown Los Angeles from almost any point. Those communities include the growing city of Glendale, Burbank, (the home of Jay Leno and the "Tonight Show"), La Crescenta, La Canada Flintridge, a hi-scale community, (the "Beverly Hills" of our area), Pasadena, home of the world famous Tournament of Roses Parade and the Rose Bowl Game on New Years Day, and to the West, the rural communities of Sunland/Tujunga, Shadow Hills, (horse keeping areas) and through to the San Fernando Valley.

Besides practicing for 28 years in the suburbs of Los Angeles, I have completed the necessary 24 credits toward a California Broker's license, giving me additional knowledge about the appraisal process, legal, managment, escrow functions, etc. required studies to attain Broker status. I take great responsibility in staying current with local ordinances, state and national issues and now include the global concerns, as important a barometer to factors affecting property values.
