We are active in the Multiple Listing Service and can show you anything that might be of interest. Our company is committed by our listing agreement to the seller and we accept our listing agreements very seriously. We represent you! Our job is to market your property with our extensive advertising, and other forms of marketing to sell your home, at the agreed upon fair price. We represent you, the seller,and our fiduciary responsibilty is to you, although we must also be honest with the buyer and relate all material facts about the property.
