Hildia McDonald has been in the real estate business since 1978. Currently, she is the Principal Broker for Exit Realty Center, Hendersonville Office and is ranked in the Top 20% of Realtors nationwide. Hildia is a familiar name known to many in the Sumner County and Middle Tennessee area. Hildia has served every position on the Sumner Association of Realtors and has received numerous service and community awards recognizing her achievements. During those years of service to her local board, she has served 5 years as Board of Director, Secretary Treasurer, President Elect, and as SAR President in 1984.

Recently, Hildia was recognized for her efforts as Building Task Force Chair where she supervised the construction of the association's new corporate office building located at 35 Executive Park Drive in Hendersonville. Hildia recently completed Leadership Sumner and served as 2005 Leadership Sumner Director. Hildia also is faculty at Volunteer State Community College where she is the instructor for the real estate pre-licensing class for new affiliates.
