Realty business has taken me to San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles counties of Southern California. Most of my business has been with Tujunga, Glendale, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Elysian Heights, La Canada/Flintridge, Montrose, Highland Heights, Mount Washington, Mission Viejo, Ventura, Oxnard, Hollywood, and Echo Park.

Born and raised in Los Angeles and spent four years in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Navy experience gave me a tremendous education and self confidence that lasts to this date. Background also includes ethical pharmaceuticals, registered rep. with a New York member firm, financial planning, both traditional and variable insurance. Started in Real Estate in 1978 and have survived a liver transplant and I am still going strong.
