The average realtor takes a listing, puts the property on the MLS, places some small adds in the local paper and then holds open houses with hopes that:
1. A buyer will walk in after having seen the add in the paper or the open house sign.
2. An agent spots the property on the MLS and brings a potential buyer to look.
We do everything the average realtor does plus:
· The listing gets automatically posted on Coldwell Bankers internal website which is networked with over 4000 sales associates in Southern California (80 offices) as well as another (270 offices) Nationwide.
· The listing is also posted on Coldwell Bankers public website which spotlights our clients home to millions of potential buyers worldwide.
· We also market our client’s property on an additional 15 real estate websites for even more exposure.
· We mail out flyers periodically with a picture and description of our clients home to all the contacts in our database, requesting if they know of a buyer for the home, to please call us.
