Mike Copenhaver is often described as fun and easy to work with. He often works with first time home buyer's in Houston's close in neighborhoods. His knowledge of negotiations and contracts is a major advantage to his clients. Although Mike is often heard saying, "People don't care how much you know untill they know how much you care." This is a philosophy that Mike strives to live by.

Mike has held an active real estate license since 1982 and has been a Broker since 1984. He currently holds the Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS), Graduate Realtor's Institute,(GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative, (ABR), designations. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has a degree in Real Estate from Austin Community College. He takes pride in being current on all real estate issues.
