I am enjoying my 30th year selling real estate and focus my business on the 55+ active adult market in both North Carolina and South Carolina as I'm licensed in both states. My real estate experience includes being the Owner/Broker of a real estate company for seventeen years, selling and renting property and working with relocation companies. I feel continuing education is important in my field and have obtained the following four real estate designations: Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Graduate of RealtorsŪ Institute (GRI), Internet Real Estate Professional (ePRO), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

I show property in the Sun City developments and refer customers to real estate professionals in other parts of the Carolinas and the United States. I can provide packets and other information regarding the active adult communities as well as other properties. I don't solely work the active adult market but focus on that segment.
