To sell a property there are three components. These are exposure to the market, competitive price, and service. As your agent I will personally show your property. There is a tendency for agents to post a sign and allow single agent showings. (That is when the agent for the buyers is allowed to enter your home, usually by a lock box.) Keeler Family Realtors does not believe that single agent showings provide the level of service and representation that seller clients expect and deserve. Using the customary 24-hour notice, I will arrange to be on site each time. Each question from the buyer can then be answered quickly and professionally.
