To sell a property there are three major componets. These are exposure to the market, competitive pricing, and professional service. As your real estate agent, I will personally show your property. There is a tendency for agents to post a FOR SALE sign and allow single agent showings. (That is when the real estate agent for the BUYERS is alloweded to enter your home, usually by a lock box.) Century 21 Circa 72, Inc. and I do not believe that single agent showings provide the level of service and representation that SELLER cliets expect and deserve. Using the customary 24 hour notice, I will arrange to be on site for each showing. Each question or concern from the BUYERS can be expediated and answered.
