I am a Broker specializing in land, farms, home with land, estates and historic properties for over 10 years. I offer both marketing and Buyer's Brokerage Services. While I occasionally help someone sell their home in town in order to purchase a place with land I do not like work with typical "subdivision type" properties. Properties with some land involved require different skills in marketing and purchasing which are of greater interest to me. My background is with horses but I have worked with other agricultural properties and with developement land. The properties I work with tend to be 5 acres and up.
