Buyers and Sellers are both important to me and I've worked quite happily with both. It's important that they understand the entire process, whether new to the home market or seasoned veterans that need updating or reorienting to Washington State's differences. We work a great deal with military and retired people. I'm a veteran and can understand the special requirements of the service. We also have quite of few relocations through Boeing, Intel and Microsoft to Washington, and whether through sales or rentals, we can assist and make the difference. I want to be the "First Stepp" in real estate, not the last resort.

As I mentioned previously, I'm retired military, and I'm a native of Washington. This year I have the honor of being the Women's Council of Realtors state chapter president. It's a very busy organization consisting of men and women who see a need to improve their leadership and personal skills. We also have a wonderful referral network that allows me to point with confidence to someone across the country as an individual who will work diligently for a client. I am currently working toward my broker's license, and enjoy keeping up with the most recent changes in our industry. I like having a part in putting people under their own roof.
