Hi! My name is Sixto Gavilanes and I live in USA for twenty years. In my beginnings in this field, I bought a property in Tampa, Florida in the year 1990 to one of my friends who was the owner of such property, and at that time he was doing Real Estate. But he did much more of selling me the property, because he send me to a Real State School in order to get my own Real State license. After that, I started doing business working for his company named Deltona Corp. Then, we moved to New York, as co-workers in the year 2001, where we joined to a big company devoted to Building Violations Removals, where we worked and acquired all the needed experience. Nowadays, I own a Company of Construction, G0LDSMITH CONSTRUCTION CORP, with satisfied costumers for over 5 years; and finally I got my initial dream that was to join my experience in New Buildings and Alterations, Construction and Legalizations with the Real Estate.
