Originally from East Tennessee, I spent eight years in Chicago and two years in Livermore, California, before landing in Reno, Nevada in 1971. I began my real estate career in Reno in 1976, and feel very fortunate to have been able to survive a few bad times, along with mostly good times, in the real estate industry while doing something I truly love. For many years, approximately 95-98% of my business has been repeat clients or referrals. Now I'm finding my internet presence is adding an exciting new element.

Almost EVERYONE wants to own real estate. SO, I've never felt it was something I needed to SELL. My job is to LISTEN to my clients NEEDS/WANTS and to assist them in meeting their goals.
