Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, N.Y. and a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Mississippi. He continued his studies at St. John's University in New Your in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Management/Marketing. Paul joined the FBI in 1971 serving in many disciplines, Field Offices and FBI Headquarters. He retired from the FBI in 1997 after 26 years of service. His experience with the FBI included supervisory responsibility over HUD and VA fraud matters as they related to Real Estate transactions.
While pursuing his education, Paul worked extensively in the construction trades and has developed an expertise in many of the trades required in building homes. Since his retirement from the FBI, he has obtained his Real Estate and Mortgage Broker's licenses and is active in the Real Estate field.
