I am Jerry Payne, I have lived in Charleston, Il. for 24 years. I am married and have three grown childern. I coach eighth grade football in Charleston, and have done so for the past 13 years. I am very involved with my church and have a strong faith. My wife and I bought our home in 1987 thru a local Realtor. My family always told me that I should look into becoming a Realtor and in 2007 I went back to school and then took the state exam and became a Realtor in March of 2007.

I now work for Sanders and Company Realty in Mattoon Illinois, our office is dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. I have enjoyed working with Sanders, in the short time I have been with them I have had great success helping my clients buy and sell hames. I work with all listings, and with our office I am able to advertise my listings in the local papers, I like to have open houses to allow people to just stop by and see the houses , it has helped to sell homes.
