I'm a retired Police Officer from Chicago's South side. I was born and raised in Illinois, and except for the 8 years I spent in the U.S.Air Force and I lived there until my retirement from law enforcement in 1990.
My wife and I built our new home in Goodyear, Arizona in 1994. Maricopa County is one of the fastest growing areas of Arizona, because of this I believe the west side of Phoenix offers a great opportunity for expansion and a high margin for growth in property values than other areas.
I earned my first Real Estate License in Illinois in 1992, and when we came to Arizona in 1994 I attended the Real Estate Qualification classes here and received my license. Due to my extensive knowledge of purchase contracts and legal obligations, I'm very successful at working out legal details for my clients and negotiating on their behalf. My military background has provided me with a solid foundation of structure and commitment. Without a doubt, I am confident that I can represent my clients in their quest to purchase a new or resale home.
