I specialize in residential properties, and there are a large number of areas in Houston that I know well. My personal brochure says: ANYTHING BUT TYPICAL! on the cover, and that correctly identifies me and my style. I believe in telling clients what they NEED to hear, not what they WANT to hear. Having lived in Central America, Europe, and a variety of US addresses, I identify well with the relocating buyer. For those already living in Houston but choosing to move up or down, I can be the Neighborhood Expert for numerous locations. Technology is second only to service in real estate today. Because I love what technology can do to help me help you, I stay up-to-date! I am also the National Training Director for my company and help new agents learn.

In addition to having a Broker's license for Texas, I have two professional designations which I value. First, I am a CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist )which only a small percentage of agents in this country have earned. I also have an ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. Finally real estate licensees can represent the buyer. I take my responsibility to buyers whom I work FOR as seriously as the sellers for whom I list houses and work FOR them. * I've sold an entire town in Texas! ** I make time for volunteer work in my community as well as for my son and my Girls! My son is a pyrotechnician who loves getting to blow up fireworks on celebrity stages. My Girls are four-footed critters who brighten my life as only an arrogant feline can! At the end of the day what I have is my integrity, my loyalty to superior service, and my happy buyers and sellers.
