One of the most scenic and beautiful areas in our country. Cleveland and surrounding communities are located in what is known as the Tennessee Valley. Polk County (Ocoee Region) was the site of the Kayak Event for the 1996 Olympics. Atlanta, Nashville, and Gatlinburg are not far away. Our weather is mild all year 'round except mid-summer can get pretty hot sometimes. I spent most of my life in the Chicago area so I understand the needs of someone who is relocating to a smaller community.
