I became licensed as a sales agent in 1984 and obtained my Broker's license and started my own real estate company, Sabol Associates, Inc. in 1993. I have personally sold and closed over 1000 properties since that time, and have consistently achieved the Top Producer status every single year since joining the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors in 1993. My on-site sales experience began with Ridgefield Condominiums, a 360 unit community located on 100 acres in Clinton, where I continue to operate the on-site sales office today. Additionally, I have listed and sold numerous properties in the Worcester, Northern Worcester, and Central Middlesex counties.
