Samantha has resided in the greater Columbia area for over 20 years, both in Lexington and Richland counties. After earning her B.S. degree from the University of South Carolina, she went to work in public service for the State of South Carolina for 10 years.

She began her real estate career as an investor buying, selling and leasing property and as a result has personally experienced the homebuying and selling process many times over on either side of the transaction table. She now feels that representing and serving her clients full time to the best of her ability is a much more enjoyable and fulfilling experience as she now fully understands, from her past experience as a client, the needs of the homebuyer and seller and will work hard to see that those needs are met.
