Hi! I live with my wife Jeanie on the bank of the Kenai River. We are located on the Kenai Peninsula in south-central Alaska. The City of Soldotna is about 150 road miles (+/- 3 Hr) or a 20 min commuter flight from Anchorage, Alaska. The Kenai River is known for trophy size King (Chinook) salmon and our friend Les Anderson caught the World Record King (97Lb 4Oz!)in May '85 here in Soldotna.

I have 15 years of real estate experience here on the Kenai Peninsula. I hold the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designations. As such I participate in a wide range of the market. My wife and I have lived in 6 foreign countries and we enjoy meeting people from other places.
