I am an experienced agent and feel I have empathy when it comes to the stress and concerns when making a move both for a Seller and a Buyer. As to the families I have helped when relocating here tell me that they appreciate the fact that my patience and true concerns to help them not only find the home, but acquaint them to the surroundings and introduce then to the schools, shopping, hospitals, etc. I personally made seven major moves before calling St Louis, Mo area home, and that made me realize how important it is for an agent to inform the transferee of as much information about their new surroundings once we find them the location and house they want to call home. I pay attention to all the details and help them keep on a schedule with meeting all the dead lines once the offer for the new home is made. My real estate career began in the Chicao area. My husband is retired from a career as a Federal Agent. We have three grown children and six grandchilden. Saint Louis area has been our home for over thiry years and a few locations we have lived have been Nebraska, Illinois, Kansas and Missouri, so the midwest has been home. My husband and I enjoy sports, travel, our family and especially the grand children. I have been a volunteer through out the school years of our children and in our neighborhood as a trustee.
