Joyce has been a residential real estate agent & broker for the last 10 years. She has consistantly been a top achiever & member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club(top 5%). She has qualified for the Re/Max 100% club for the past 8 years. Her specialty has been hard to sell properties such as short sales, probates, and fixers, and foreclosures. She has offered her expertise to other agents in Sacramento frequently by teaching classes in such subjects as escrow & risk management, short sales, & buyer brokerage.

On a personal level, Joyce was born & raised in Sacramento & is a fourth generation northern Californian. She raised 3 boys & is now a grandmother of a baby girl named Kwesi Kirei, born March 9, 1997. Her 3 silky terriers, named Missy, Sissy, & Cricket keep her busy in her spare time at home. She is an avid reader of mystery novels and teaches the Bible to individuals several hours a week. She & her husband, John, like to travel & recently returned from a trip to London.
