There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of different home sellers and buyers. This ability is a result of really caring about people, together with a whole lot of practical experience and education.

That said, I've found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another. Susan is not only dedicated to her career, but she is equally dedicated to her community. She made her mark in public service a long time ago, where she spends hours of her time volunteering to assist those with special needs.
