I bring to my real estate practice a background in law and business. I graduated from Cal Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration, then went on to law school at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill where I received a Juris Doctor. I retired from my active practice as a criminal defense lawyer and moved to Nevada City in the heart of California's gold country. Being a real estate professional is a refreshing change from my law practice. At the conclusion of a real estate transaction, everyone is happy!

Since moving here I have become active in the community, serving with Nevada County Sheriff's Search and Rescue volunteer organization. I also volunteer with Child Advocates, am a member of Gold Country Estate Planning Council, and am a certified California Disaster Relief inter-faith chaplain.
