At Help-U-SellŪ we have 4 Plans to help you save money when you sell your home. 1. Paperwork Only: For people that want to "Do it Yourself" and Save. You do the advertising, you show your house, you find a Buyer. We do the Paperwork! But that's not all. We Help negotiate the contract, Help Your Buyer get financing, and Help make sure Your Sale goes to Closing. All for one low flat fee paid at settlement. 2. Limited Promotion: For a small fee paid at time of listing, we provide a Help-U-SellŪ sign for your yard so you can capitalize on the nationally recognized Help-U-SellŪ logo. We also prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to assist you in pricing your home right, and a Netsheet to estimate your proceeds based on the Listed Price. Plus, this plan also provides the same services as described in Plan #1 for just a fraction of the usual cost. 3. Almost Full Service: You show your own home. We provide signs, we do the advertising, we provide promotional hand-outs, we list your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) AND on the Internet. Plus, all the services listed above. Services you normally get with any REALTORŪ. BUT, we do it for a flat fee, giving YOU the opportunity to save literally thousands of dollars. Since your home gets the additional exposure to all the REALTORSŪ in the area working with Buyers, you can accept an offer that any Real Estate Agent brings you and only pay an additional 3%. All fees due at settlement. 4. Full Service: You don't have to show your own home.
