Welcome to my home page! My name is Todd Carter and I am a local Realtor here in Fort Collins. After graduating from Rocky Mountain High school, I served four years active duty in the U.S. Army- traveling extensively and meeting new people. While living abroad was exciting while serving my country, I grew to miss Colorado and all that it has to offer- after all 'home is where the heart is'. I attended Colorado State University, where I studied Construction Management. I worked over seven years in the construction field and then decided to explore the world of real estate. I studied hard, earned my real estate license and then joined the local Coldwell Banker office in Fort Collins. While at this office I have worked hard to develop myself- both professionally and personally. I serve on various committees in the office, and have graduated from many intensive business building courses such as the Coldwell Banker University. I volunteer on a local Habitat For Humanity crew and am working on a proposal at my office to help underpriveledged children during the holiday season.

With the help and support of my family (my wife Cindy and my two children, Devin and Olivia) and friends, I have begun to build a strong and successful real estate career. I hope to continue serving the local market in this unique fast growing community with its real estate needs. I specialize in assisting first time home buyers, resale residential and new construction and have helped buyers in all price ranges.
