Sandy and I work as a team, we have been married for 22 years. I was a buyer for Lykes Pasco for 6 years prior to going into the full time position as Realtor 14 years ago and Sandy worked as a cosmetologist for 20 years. I graduated from Zephyrhills High School in 1975 and started investing into vacant land and other real estate investments in 1978. Real Estate has been good and the market has never been hotter! We specialize in homes on acreage, ranches, land and investment properties in West Coast Florida.

I am a member and past officer in the FLORIDA CHAPTER 26 of the REALTORS LAND INSTITUTE, and hold their prestigous ALC designation and the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. I am past officer in the Hernando County Association of REALTORS and was awarded the 1998 REALTOR of THE YEAR.
