First, my primary responsibility to my clients is to be a valued real estate advisor. I conduct statistical market research Monday through Friday for one hour each day, in order to share this in-depth knowledge with my exclusive clients. I know my market inside and out, forward and back- ward.

I am also a full time Realtor. I have been through incredibly great markets, and truly challenging markets, and I know how to get the job done in both. Different markets demand different strategies to ensure that my client’s expressed needs are met and exceeded, every time. For my selling clients, my goal is to get them the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, with little or hassles. My sellers enjoy top-notch marketing, including professional photography, exceptional virtual tours, full internet exposure on dozens of top ranked web sites, full color custom fliers, and custom yard signs. My sellers enjoy the best of the best. I want my clients to feel like they have hired an exclusive professional to sell a multimillion dollar property, even if their home is only valued at $50,000. For my buyer clients, I start with an in depth interview process, in person, to fully ascertain their needs, wants, and expectations. We examine all aspects of buying a home, from financing, searching for, inspecting, repairing, and guiding that perfect home to a closed escrow. And the service doesn’t stop there. Once you own your home, if anything goes wrong, I’ll be there to help resolve any lingering issues. One of my special areas of concern is communication. I call each of my clients once a week, minimum. Of my hundreds of past clients and associates, I have become a trusted advisor and a true friend. I attend my clients’ birthday parties, I go to their weddings, their bar mitzvahs, their Quinceañeras, and their homes for barbeques. I invite them to my own home for parties, dinners, and social gatherings. My priorities are service and relationships.
