Gary Ruble has over 19 years in the real estate business and has obtained both his CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) and his GRI (Graduate of Realtors® Institute). Both degrees are held by less than 5% of all Realtors. He’s a graduate of the University of Evansville with a BA in Education. Ann Ruble has 17 years of management and marketing experience in addition to her 10 years of real estate sales. Ann is the proud mother of her 6 year old Boston Terriers Nike and Shadow. Ann also holds a Brokers License and has a BS degree from the University of Evansville. Her poise and professional experience sets her apart from the rest. Ann truly is a World Class Broker.

Mike Spalding has a degree in public safety and is pursuing a CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation. He is married to Cheryl and together they have 7 children.. He currently serves on a local credit union board of directors and is active in the community. Their lifelong passisons include snow skiing and sailing. Judy Vanscoy is our Client Care Manager for the team. Judy and her husband Bruce have been married over 30 years are the proud parents of 2 adult children, Jamie and Jeremy. They currently share their home with their Great Danes, Mollyand Zeke. Jeff Wheeler has specialized in foreclosures and investment properties. His professionalism in Real Estate is second to none. He and his wife Holly, have two boys, Dane and Tate and their daughter Phoebe. Jeff is a competitor both working for you as a Realtor, and in his off time on his mountain bike.
