Having been in Real Estate for 6 years now our number one priority is to make sure our clients have as little stress as possible. We understand buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a family ever makes and it should be as smooth as possible! Jeramy and Tonya met while serving in the United States Marine Corps. They moved to North Carolina in 2002 and decided this was a wonderful place to call home! Tonya has an Associates Degree from National University, San Diego. She went into real estate in 2002 and has been a full time Broker ever since. Her philosophy is, "Real estate is more than a career it is a way of life. In order to do this job right you have to have a passion for helping people."

Jeramy was a Marine Corps recruiter and had extensive sales training with Achieve Global Inc. in San Diego. After the Marine Corps Jeramy received experience in sales through selling cars. Then Jeramy went on to become the Asst. Service manager of a dealership. In 2007 Jeramy received his Brokers license and joined Tonya as The American Dream Team. They have a beautiful daughter Tiffany who gets most of their spare time. They also enjoy boating, skiing and fishing on Lake Norman. Other hobbies include scuba diving and meeting the community.
