I am a Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) have my GRI and have been selling houses since 1972.I am also a Mobile Notary with 25 years experience doing loan docs. I am former owner of Alamosa Realty and I am active in the San Luis Valley Board of Realtors, having been President twice and also was twice Realtor of the Year. I served on the Board of Trustees for Southern Peaks Library for 13 years (seven as Chairman) and I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. I am a native of Colorado who was raised in the San Luis Valley.

The Valley is 80 miles by 100 miles in size, approximately, and located midway between Denver and Albuquerque. We are at 7500 feet elevation and think of our selves as living close to Heaven.
