The County consists of 4 major ski areas, including; Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. We are 80 miles West of Denver. My specialty is residential, investment properties. I am very familiar with 103l exchanges and have and excellent knowledge of property values, the areas within the County and can guide Buyers or Sellers in a direction that suits their requirements. Living in Summit County I love the out doors and am very active with a group of senior skiiers called the Over the Hill Gang, or, OHG. In addition I cross-country and telemark ski regularly in the winter. Tthe summer in Summit County is wonderful. We have unlimited resources for hiking, back-packing, and 45 miles of paved bike paths; you can ride all the way to Vail!
